Tirasha Fernando holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and is an Attorney-at-Law with experience in international legal and corporate work across Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
She has advised on a wide range of legal matters including corporate structuring, commercial transactions, conveyancing, wills and estates, and intellectual property. Her work spans both advisory and transactional roles, with particular experience in drafting contracts, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial practice.
Tirasha is a Registered Trademark Agent and has handled trademark filings and IP portfolio management for clients across multiple jurisdictions. She has also provided legal support in the incorporation of companies, shareholder governance, M\&A transactions, and the preparation of legal policies for digital platforms.
In addition to her practice, she has worked with law firms and legal chambers in both Australia and Sri Lanka, supporting litigation, legal research, and compliance across diverse practice areas.
